We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

- incorrect selection by customer
- preference change
- accidental purchase after confirmation
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective product
- an incorrect item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such requests, we may require:
- order number
- clear product photos
- packaging images
- issue description
After verification, we may offer:
- replacement
or - store credit
(at our discretion)
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds/replacements will not apply for:
- normal wear
- misuse
- delayed courier delivery
- incorrect shipping details provided by customer
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
